Making A Purchase You must be over 18 years old to place an order on this website.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please ensure that your order is in multiples of 12 bottles. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you are ordering from overseas please check that your card is valid for use in the UK.

WA is a small wine region and occasionally our stocks of a wine are temporarily depleted and in this case we will substitute another wine of equal quality. But we would not, for instance, replace a Shiraz with a Cabernet Sauvignon.

When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable, this is likely to happen if suppliers suddenly change their prices or tax and duty rates change. In this case we will always inform you of the changes.
Shipping And Handling All deliveries must be signed for by an adult of at least 18 years old.

Orders are not delivered outside mainland England and Scotland and deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and offshore within the UK would be at cost.

We deliver 12-bottle cases free within the local area postcodes; DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT5, DT6, DT8, DT9, DT10, DT11, TA14, TA15, TA18, BA20, BA21 and BA22.

For other areas and lesser quantities within the above areas there is a charge of £9.95. Postage and packing of wine paraphernalia is charged at cost.

Orders for 3 cases or more are delivered free.

Orders may be collected from us by prior arrangement and there is then a £5 per case reduction.

Prices may change and wines may even sell out with no prospect of resupply to the UK for a couple of months. Small WA wineries sometimes allocate small levels of stock to the UK whilst others do not. Please phone if you have any queries. If the prices have changed then we will call you after you have sent us your order.

Please inform us within three days of delivery of any damage and retain the packaging for our inspection.

We re-use shipping boxes if they are suitable and this is sometimes needed, in any case, where bottles are of differing sizes. If you recycle glass don't forget that you do not need to wrestle with the little metal rings on screw-cap bottles as the glass recyclers deal with that problem.

Our couriers are not allowed to leave your wine with anyone else without your authority. If you wish your wine to be left with a neighbour please provide their details. You may also advise of an unattended, weatherproof delivery point. Delivery under these circumstances is at your risk. If there is noone to receive the item then the courier will leave a card with advice as to a repeat delivery and any other information.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver, or have ready for collection, your order within 3-7 days, subject to availability.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock and it is for a minimum of 12 bottles, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT at 17.5% VAT is included in all prices.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
